This cottage is designed great for up to four couples or two plus families . Looking directly over the ST Lawrence River this fully equipped cottage offers two master bedrooms with ensuite and two other bedrooms that can be configured to your needs, either as a king bed or two singles. The 3rd full bathroom is conveniently located to serve these 2 bedrooms. The main living area contains a flat screen TV and electric fireplace, and seating. The kitchen area has an electric cooktop, full size fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher and sink. The granite countertop and island offer plenty of room for food prep. Outside is a large deck with private hot-tub, outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. Just steps from the deck is your own outdoor fire-pit area, and only a short walk to the dock area.

Riviera can now be rented as a 4 or 6 or 8 person occupancy. The price changes as occupancy goes up. The rates reflect occupancy - for 4 persons the upstairs and secondary main floor bedroom and 3rd bathroom are closed from use. For 6 guests just the upstairs bedroom is closed from use, but the third bathroom is available for use. Of course for 8 everything is available. Feel free to contact us for any clarification. The two bedrooms with king beds and full ensuites are the two always used. If you would prefer one king bedroom and the main floor secondary ( set up as two singles) and the third full bathroom, let us know and we can close off the other main suite - prices may vary depending on the configuration due to cleaning costs.
